Question by westeagles: What are some good muscle building products?
I’ve been working out for quite some time now and eventhough I feel stronger, I want it to show. Do you know of any protein products or pills that have great results. And no steroids do not count.

Hi,
I’d go further and say that proper reuptable brands lik maximuscle and Met-Rx are the ones to go for. Avoid a lot of these promising 100g protein per serving as unless you are hammering the illegal products your body will only process 15-20g max per serving and the rest usually becomes a bloated stomach and farts that can clear the room.
Aside from this you can supplement with creatine although this can cause headaches in some people, make sure to drink plenty of water with this as it’s main function is leech water from other cells and pack it into the muscle tissue.
Maximuscle do a product called cyclone which has protein amino acids (such as L-carnitine and L-arginine) and creatine in one. I’m sure there are other brands doing similar but like I say buy the good stuff and the results will show more, Make sure that whatever you do you buy whey protein.
Also mix up the workouts and try to have cycles of work where you go 90% of max lift for up to 5 reps to really try and bulk up. This will fire up your bodies need for protein.
Also eat little and often to avoid your body craving sugar (which it will store as fat)
Lots of water and decent rest periods.
Sorry it’s so long, but unless you want the small d*ck, spots, mood swings a eventually cancer/heart disease that come with steroids then it takes a little thought and a lot of effort.

If all you want is to know a few good muscle building supplements here are a few names and yes have used this myself ….LG science Methyl 1d xl ,formadrol, cold fusion ex, also FIZOGEN Blitz & RPN havoc cycles ……so the sky is the limit when it comes to these products
