If you could please just tell me some ways to build muscle fast through exercise and what exercises to do and how to do them/what to use. I would like to increase my productivity while working out and i need a little help please…

exercises to do : military press
bench press
squat lift
push-ups
sit-ups
ect……

the secret……well you know that feeling, when it burns so bad you just want to quit? DONT QUIT! those few extra reps you do when you think you cant go on, really contribute to the expansion of the muscle in that area, youre working so hard, its ” tearing” on the cellular level, and rebuilds on itself , and when it heals you will notice the difference , youre not really damaging yourself , its just your muscles compensating for a new average work load, so they expand tighten to hold more weight. that fact holds true for any kind of physical activity, when you really really want to quit, just do a few more, it will hurt , but only for a little bit, hope this helps =)

first off dont workout the same muscles every day because your muscles need 48 hours to repair themselves
heres my workout
day 1
biceps- curls
shoulders- military press, upright rows
wrist flexors- wrist curls
day 2
chest- flys, bench press
triceps- arm extensions
abs- sit ups, incline sit ups, leg lifts reverse sit up

secondly you should be taking protein after your workouts. I recommend whey protein because it breaks down into its amino acids and gets to your muscles really fast for protein synthesis ( you can buy whey protein at ralphs and target)
just so you know whey protein isnt an enhancement its just protein that is a byproduct of making cheese. Its better than milk protein or meat protein because those can take up to 7 hours to breakdown and get to your muscles and the critical period is right after you work out.
