There’s a bodybuilding competition in my town in about a month. I’ve had people at the gym tell me I should enter as an amateur, but I’m still not sure. I want to enter it, but I’m not sure if I look like a bodybuilder. I know I have muscle, but I’m not sure I have enough to enter the competition. What do you think?http://www. twitpic. com/272oru

I’m 5 feet tall and big boned. I build muscles quite easily for a girl, and I’m not too worried about eating bc I eat fairly healthy. (So please no healthy diet suggestions). I love jogging and I don’t mind crunches. But would that be enough to get a nice defined stomach? I don’t need a muscular 6 pack, I just want a nice, firm, toned, victoria’s secret looking stomach.
So are cruches and jogging enough for me to get that?

Product DescriptionNo-nonsense workouts to build a lean, strong, eye-catching physique. Every guy is looking for an edge, some way to get single women his age to notice him more than they do now. Unfortunately, most guys have absolutely no idea what kind of body automatically flips a girl’s attraction switch. Nate Green does. Built for Show is the first fitness book to address young men on the prowl. It’s not just written for them; it’s written by one of them. Green, who’s just twenty-three years old, is already a veteran fitness professional who’s been quoted in Men’s Health and Maximum Fitness magazines. Green offers four twelve-week workout programs, each with a seasonal theme. The fall and winter workouts add muscle size and strength that’ll show even under layers of clothing. The spring and summer workouts burn fat and chisel the showpiece muscles—creating a lean, cut, beach-ready physique. But Built for Show is more than just a workout book. It also provides: · Realistic nutrition advice to feed the muscles and starve the fat without breaking the bank or spending hours in the kitchen · Tips on dressing right, looking the part, improving your social status, and settling into your new lifestyle · Quick ways to assess posture, with useful exercises to fix flaws and improve self-presentation, no matter the situation. The detailed programs include over fifty exercises, illustrated with over one hundred original photos. Neither a weight-loss guide nor a body-building manual, Built for Show instead reveals to guys exactly what they need to build the body they – and women – want.

I’m 160 lbs, and about 6′ 1″. I want to slim down to get a more Beckham-esque body (lean muscle and low body fat). Is this enough to eat at lunch or should I also buy a chicken sandwich or something? Or chicken fingers?

Nitric oxide is the chemical you need to get an erection, yet many men don’t even know what it is. Here we will look at its importance and how you can boost it for a stronger harder erection. . . It’s a fact if you don’t get enough nitric oxide you simply won’t get an erection let alone a hard one. What does it do? When realized in the walls of the blood vessels, it allows them to relax, so a strong flood of blood to enter and create an erection. The production of the chemical declines with age and is a very common cause of low libido in men, especially as they get older. Many men think they need to increase testosterone, when really all they need is more nitric oxide. If you are boosting levels of this key chemical, it’s also important to have good circulation of blood within the body as well. Poor circulation is another reason for low libido and a number of other health problems. So if you are looking for an erection we need to have this in place as well. So how can you get it naturally? L’arginine L’arginine is a non essential amino acid and produced naturally by the body and as it declines with age, it sets off numerous problems and one of them is a fall in nitric oxide, which it helps produce. L’arginine can be taken as a supplement and in medical testing after just two weeks, over 80% of the test group reported better erectile function and more satisfying sex. You can also get Nitric Oxide from the Chinese herbs – Horny Goat Weed and Cnidium. The latter also acts as a blood tonic and helps with circulation. As we have said, strong blood circulation is essential and this herb helps. You should also consider taking Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba, which help pump blood to the extremities ( including the genitals) and keep the blood vessels healthy. The body has an immense capacity to heal itself, if given the right fuel and while you can take synthetic drugs, they have dangerous side affects. While they will give you an erection, they do nothing to increase desire or sex drive – the above herbs do. In fact they do something more – in that they combat another key cause of low libido – fatigue and low energy levels. It’s a fact that if were stressed or tired, our body will divert its energy to what it considers more important matters and sex drive plunges. All the herbs above will increase energy and decrease stress, making you feel re-energized and ready for sex. Try the above combination of herbs and you will see an increase not just in your sexual health but in your overall feeling of wellbeing as well – all achieved naturally with no harmful side affects.
