I don’t want to have a body builder body, nor a basketball or football player body. I am a soccer player and wish to just have a lean, and well toned body. What would the best diet be for this? I work out pretty much every day, including weights and running. I am 18 and weigh about 170 lbs and I am 6′0”

What Should I do to Increase my Muscle Size?
I have pretty good muscle right now, but I want to be monstrous without gaining fat, or taking anything other than protein. I want to know how often I should lift to get maximum size, and if I should be lifting lighter weight/more reps, or more weight/fewer reps.

I’m 14 and I can’t do any push-ups because my arms are too weak, so I’ve decided to start weight training with dumbbells. I have 7 pound ones and I bought a light resistance band. Should I get heavier weights or can I just use the ones I have?

I am 15 years old and I am into big muscles on my arms and chest. But I am unsure of what food to eat after the workout. I know that carbohydrates, protein and energy packed food is good, but most of those can be expensive. Any ideas?

I’m 30 years old and i weigh 273 lbs. I’m 6′2″ so I don’t really LOOK like I weigh 273 ( most people think I weigh around 250). Anyway, how many calories should I eat per day to gain muscle and lose fat? Should my diet be completely balanced or should I load up on carbs or protein? HELP!!!
