I have pretty good muscle right now, but I want to be monstrous without gaining fat, or taking anything other than protein. I want to know how often I should lift to get maximum size, and if I should be lifting lighter weight/more reps, or more weight/fewer reps.

I’m 30 years old and i weigh 273 lbs. I’m 6′2″ so I don’t really LOOK like I weigh 273 ( most people think I weigh around 250). Anyway, how many calories should I eat per day to gain muscle and lose fat? Should my diet be completely balanced or should I load up on carbs or protein? HELP!!!
