I have a bench press as evenly as I can. My arms are about the same size, but my right breast plate seems a little weaker than the andra.Naturligtvis some people are stronger at 1 arm, as they would break his arm, they would use his strong arm, ya know? So I decided to go to the gym with my mom today, and we did this class called Pilate’s. Man I hated it because I was horrible at it. I have such weak muscles, I’m not even sure I have any. I have been trying to lose weight, and It’s really hard for me to do stuff like that. SO far in my routine I have been brisk walking for about 45-60 minutes, and yoga for a 1 hour. I want to lose about 5-10 pounds in a month and build some muscles mainly on my legs. Is there a way i can do this in this much time, I will be willing to do anything, ohh and I don’t have that much access to the gym but I can do whatever outside. So Please help me make a fitness plan.
